The SeaI/O-440E is a robust Ethernet digital output module offering 32 SPST Form A Reed relays for controlling low-current devices such as alarms, lights, and signal actuators. Each relay channel is capable of switching up to 60VDC at 500mA, providing solid-state performance with fast response and high reliability.
Connections are made using removable 3.5mm screw terminal blocks, making installation and servicing efficient. The module is powered by a 9–30VDC input, which is standard for most industrial environments.
Communicating via Modbus TCP over a 10/100BaseT Ethernet connection, the 440E can easily be integrated into SCADA systems, PLCs, or used with Sealevel’s SeaMAX API for custom Windows or Linux applications.
The unit is enclosed for protection and panel mounting, and can be expanded using up to 246 SeaI/O N-series modules. The Sealevel Modbus Connect iOS app enables remote access to device registers and coil states—ideal for in-field diagnostics and development.
